Where are your graphic tees printed?
All our graphic t-shirts are printed and fulfilled using our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. They’re made to order and shipped directly to you, which allows us to spend more time making new designs without holding excess stock.
Why do graphic tees take longer to dispatch than other products?
Since our tees are printed on demand, they require an extra 3–6 business days for production before they’re shipped. This means they’re made just for you — but it also adds a little more time to the process compared to our in-house items.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re so sorry if something wasn’t quite right! Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item and include a clear photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out with either a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the item.
What are 'Caps With a Cause'?
Caps With a Cause are part of our ongoing initiative where a portion of sales from our caps goes directly to a selected Australian charity or organisation. Keep an eye on the product description to see which cause you’re supporting with your Cap purchases.
Will your bucket hats fit me?
Yes! Our “One size fits all” approach is actually One Size Fits All. Our bucket hats are designed to be adjustable and comfortable for a wide range of head sizes. Each hat includes a buckle on the back so you can easily adjust the fit down to suit you.
Why can’t I see your other bucket hat prints online?
Most of our bucket hats are made in very small batches and may sell out quickly. If you don’t see a design online, it likely means it’s currently out of stock or exclusive to a market stall. Send us an email and we'll be able to answer any questions about the status of your favourite fabrics.
