Returns

We want you to love your order, so here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
Clothing (T-Shirts & Hoodies)
All our T-Shirts and Hoodies are made to order through our print-on-demand supplier. Because these are custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour choice
But if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
All other products
We handmake and package these items with care in our Sydney studio. Returns and exchanges are available under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: You may request a return for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Faulty Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
To start a return or report an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (and photos if applicable)
Important notes
- Returns are approved depending on the situation.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging included.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via your original payment method.
- Returns are processed 3–5 business days after we receive your returned items, and we’ll confirm by email.
- Our team reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions aren’t met.
