Can I send you multiple photos to combine into one illustration?
Yes! If you don’t have a single photo of everyone, feel free to send multiple photos. We’ll combine them seamlessly into one custom illustration just for you. Be sure to share any preferences or details you want included!
What if I don't like the drawing?
We want you to love your custom illustration! We will send you drafts before printing to make sure any changes you request are made. This ensures you are 100% happy with your order.
I'm confused about how to order
Not a problem! Get in contact with us and we can walk you through it or manually process your order based on the details you provide. We are more than happy to chat!!
How long does a custom illustration take?
It depends on your order - however typically you will receive your digital version between 5-7 business days of sending us your image. Once approved for print it will take a further 2-5 days to be delivered to your door. SO if you are ordering for a gift, ensure you allow time to receive your order.
